Treatment begins by contacting [email protected] or by calling 949-236-6155. During our initial conversation, we will review your questions, concerns and my policies and procedures to assess if The Child and Family Connection is the best fit for you and your child.

Scheduling your first appointment

Availability is by appointment only and we offer a variety of daytime and evening hours as well as locations to best meet your needs. We work to ensure you and your child are seen as soon as possible.

Payment and Fees

Consultation

Free 15- minute phone consultation to discuss presenting concerns and answer any questions. Schedule yours today by contacting [email protected] or by calling 949-236-6155.

Intake

$200.00/hr – Our first appointment is 60-minutes in length where we discuss policies and procedures, discuss presenting concerns and goals for treatment.

Individual/Family Therapy

$175.00 – Individual and family sessions are scheduled as a 45-minute clinical hour for face-to-face, phone or video conferencing sessions. In addition to weekly appointments, there are fees for other professional services you or your child may need, including but not limited to: report writing, telephone conversations lasting longer than 10 minutes, attendance at meetings with other professionals you have authorized, preparation of records or treatment summaries. Sessions lasting over 45-minutes in length for couples, family sessions, or other reasons, may be subject to additional service fees.

Psychological assessment

$200.00/hr – Brief and comprehensive psychological testing for children, adolescents, and adults. At this time there is limited availability.

Legal Proceedings

$320.00/hr – If you or your child becomes involved in legal proceedings that require our participation, we charge for both preparation and attendance at any legal proceeding.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

Late Fee/No Show

$175 – Appointments must be cancelled no later than 48-hours prior. Clients are responsible for paying the late or no-show fee.

Confidentiality

If there is a need to discuss patient information with outside professionals, The Child and Family Connection will request written consent from the patient or his/her legal guardians. We will only break confidentiality in instances when the patient is a danger to themselves or others or when there is suspicion that the patient is being abused.
